Change default favicon on blogger
Go to the layout click on Edit HTML link
Insert following link code inside head tag
<link href=’IMAGE_ICON_LINK’ rel=’icon’ type=’image/x-icon’/>
Replace IMAGE_ICON_LINK url with your icon file url on web
